Boxed Warning — Risk of Serious Allergic Reactions: Anaphylaxis and severe infusion reactions can manifest during administration or shortly following therapy. All treatments must be supervised directly by clinical professionals equipped to handle reactions.
Contraindications: Patients carrying a genetic G6PD deficiency must not receive KRYSTEXXA due to risks concerning acute hemolytic anemia and methemoglobinemia. Screening is mandatory prior to treatment initiation.
